The corn used in this pasta is a low-calorie cereal which is high in fibre and carbohydrates. It also contains various mineral salts such as potassium, phosphorus, and antioxidants. Corn is also great source of vitamin A and is a naturally gluten free. The other cereal used in this pasta is rice. This has several health benefits that people may not be aware of, such as controlling blood pressure levels, regulating the intestines and is also great at detoxifying, which is perfect for people who suffer from coeliac disease. With the corn and rice combined to make the pasta, it still sustains its traditional colour and goes perfectly with any sauce you wish.
