This pasta uses chickpeas, which are a legume many people are familiar with. They are a great source of vitamins, fibre and vegetable proteins. These help us maintain a healthy body and are well suited for people who are looking for a low calorie diet as they contain very little fat. The mix of chickpeas with other cereals creates a typical taste of the Mediterranean diet.
