This pasta is a gourmet product which contains a surprising mix of flavours. Turmeric is a flowering plant with roots that are used in cooking. It has been known to be slightly bitter and packs a punch but has incredible anti-inflammatory benefits which can help people that suffer from arthritis. This is mixed with the pepper, which is sweeter, and gives a perfect combination for a pasta. When cooking this pasta you will notice that the water will start to change colour as the pepper and turmeric flavours of the pasta infuse the water, which could then be used as a soup or sauce.
