This pasta uses whole buckwheat, which is a cereal rich in various mineral salts such as iron, selenium, zinc, amino acids and antioxidants. It is also nutritionally rich in protein. As with cereals like rice, it is perfect for those who suffer from coeliac disease and is also naturally gluten free. The buckwheat makes this pasta full of intense flavour and gives an unusual dark brown colour.
