Bruschetta’s are well known in Italy for being a starter or appetiser. Tomato and smoked paprika are ingredients commonly used in traditional Mediterranean cuisine and perfectly complement our crunchy textured bruschetta.

Traditional bruschetta is usually a toasted bread which has a flavour of garlic and olive oil. Our tomato and paprika bruschetta are a more modern-day alternative and the tomatoes are double concentrated for a greater punch of flavour, the sweet paprika adds extra flavour and spice and gives the bruschetta its more distinguishable orange colour.

The olive oil, tomato and sweet paprika is mixed into the dough before its baked to ensure an even distribution of flavour throughout the product and in each and every mouthful as opposed to cheaper bruschetta where the flavour is just sprayed on the outside.

The dough is shaped into long loaves of bread before being baked in a traditional brustolina grill. Once the loaf has been baked its then cut into slices and prepared for baking a second time to form the final bruschetta before packing.
