If you are looking for plain and ordinary then our West Country Oat biscuits are not for you.
Many crackers and savoury biscuits can be boring unless they are specifically accompanied by cheese, relishes, chutneys or other pairings.
They can often be dry, flavourless and disappointing so it was important that we created a biscuit that stood out in its own right and had great depth of flavour on its own and that is exactly what we have achieved with several generations of knowledge and experience going into making these oat biscuits stand out from the pack.
Made in the UK, in the West Country, using a recipe that has been handed down over the decades, the best milled oats and local butter are combined and then pressed into circular shapes before being baked to perfection.
The human touch is what makes these biscuits so special and even to this day they are still hand packed to ensure every single pack and biscuit goes out in perfect condition with the same family still looking after production since the 1950’s.
But these are so much more than just an accompaniment to cheese. Some of our personal favourites are with scrambled eggs for breakfast and they also work well with whatever your favourite soup is as a crunchy, textured alternative to bread.
