This pasta is a mixture of various legumes: pea, bean, chickpea and red lentil. This creates a pasta which is high in protein and very low in carbohydrates. It is unusual for a product to have such a wide variety of legumes used to make one pasta. This is ideal for people who suffer from coeliac disease, but also suited to anyone looking to improve their diets.
